My name is Natalie. I always dreamed of being my own boss while helping other business owners but didn't really know how I could draw on my administration skills and apply them to my own business - doesn't every business need an admin employee IN the office??

With a young family this became even more appealing and when a friend suggested becoming a Virtual Assistant, I jumped right into researching how I could make this work for our family.  It has been several years in the making, we added to our family in the meantime (our smallest munchkin pictured) and now we have relocated to regional Victoria.
 

With many businesses struggling to find workers or are growing extremely busy, there is often have no alternative than spending evenings and weekends working on the administration for their business rather than spending quality time with family and friends.​

I have worked in the administration world for 20 years with roles in a variety of industries including Healthcare, General Insurance, Legal, Manufacturing, Distribution and Hospitality.  I've held roles from the Receptionist to a Team Leader, Underwriter and have included basic HR and Payroll.  I even volunteered as the Treasurer of my son's Junior Football club for a couple of years.  My proactive approach, attention to detail and my passion for customer satisfaction has seen me quickly take on extra responsibilities in each role I have held.
